Michael has been a professional military historian for over five years. He won the Academic Scholar Award for the School of Arts, Humanities, and Education Undergraduate at American Military University for his military history work. Possessing a life-long passion and familial connection to military service and history, he has contributed well-received and popular articles on military technological developments, vehicles, and military equipment for such print magazines as Military History and Strategy & Tactics in the U.S. and History of War and The Historians Magazine in the UK. He frequently visits battlefields and historical sites in the U.S. and Europe to lend further insights to his military history research and writing.

Education

Michael has a bachelor's degree in military history and a projected master's from the American Military University.
