Experience

Eric has been an ardent PC gamer and computer enthusiast since commandeering his family's first home PC in the late 90s -- a now ancient Compaq Presario 5510. It was there that he cut his teeth on games such as Doom, Duke Nukem, Diablo and Tomb Raider, to name a few. Unsurprisingly, this would serve as a catalyst to obsess about all things PC hardware and technology related. Eric got started in tech writing back in 2017, when he started working with GamersNexus. During his time there, he helped shape the website's weekly hardware news coverage. Since then, he's worked for a variety of publications including TechSpot, InputMag, How-To Geek, Cloudwards, SlashGear, and others. When not working, he's usually at the gym, going to a metal concert, or playing with his dogs and cats.
