Jack Goodwillie comes to Static Media after more than five years in the athletic administration field working for NCAA Division III institutions. He spent four years at Caltech as the Director of Sports Information & Marketing before moving onto Whittier College where he served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications from 2021-22. The Reading, Pennsylvania native developed a passion and fandom for professional wrestling at a young age and upon receiving his journalism degree from Temple University in 2015 sought out unique ways to contribute to wrestling media. Jack served as one of the top contributors at The Wrestling Estate, a site he fostered with fellow Temple alum John Corrigan, and later went on to contribute a handful of cover stories to Fightful Magazine. He is currently working in a freelance capacity, focusing primarily on the fields of pro wrestling and mixed martial arts.


Jack received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University in 2015 while minoring in U.S. History. While at Temple, Jack covered college basketball in the greater Philadelphia area for "City of Basketball Love." He even incorporated pro wrestling into his educational experience, profiling independent pro wrestler "Number One" Brian Johnson for his capstone project.
