Lenovo’s twisting, turning YOGA line of convertible notebooks is getting a grown-up version, with the ThinkPad range adding three of the ultrabook/tablet-hybrids. The Lenovo ThinkPad YOGA 12, 14, and 15, will hit the 12-inch, 14-inch, and 15-inch screen sizes as you’d expect, with the smallest of the three having a digitizer option, and touchscreen available across all three. Meanwhile, the ThinkPad YOGA 15 throws a 3D RealSense camera onto the options list, too.

This week Samsung is letting loose their newest in top-end notebook hardware with the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Ultrabook. This newest notebook in the ATIV line will come with a 2560 x 1600 (2K) display with LED technology across 12.2-inches. Inside you'll find an Intel Core M 5Y10c fanless Broadwell processor with Intel HD Graphics 5300, joined by a 256GB SSD (with a 128GB option also available). This device will appear at CES 2015 in Las Vegas first where SlashGear will get up close and personal with it - just you wait!

Lenovo has introduced a slew of new products, and standing chief among them is the YOGA 3 Pro. With this convertible PC comes many notable features, the best among them being the unique "watchband" hinge. Unlike traditional hinges found on convertible PCs, the watchband hinge is composed of an entirely new design that, like its name suggests, resembles the design of a watchband. Keeping true to its Zen heritage, ASUS has introduced a new ultrabook dubbed the Zenbook UX305. According to the maker, this is the slimmest 13.3-inch ultrabook available with QHD+ resolution, measuring in at 12.3mm in thickness. Design is a strong focus with the laptop, with it including, among other things, diamond-cut metallic highlights.

Intel has revealed its new Core M 14nm Broadwell processor range and a stunningly slim 2-in-1 reference design to show it off, a super-skinny 7.2mm thick tablet. The prototype has a 12.5-inch touchscreen but still manages to be fanless, paving the way for Windows 8 powered tablets that can compete with ultrabooks for performance and app flexibility, but at the same time with iPads for weight and bulk.
