Harry Potter fan alert: you can now have dinner in the Great Hall

While you won't necessarily catch a glimpse of Dumbledore while you're there, the opportunity to eat dinner in the Great Hall at Hogwarts could be within your grasp. For one night only, Warner Bros. are opening the doors of the original interior set of the Great Hall from the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (or Sorcerer's Stone, if you saw the USA version), where they've dressed the hall to look relatively similar to its original state.

Bud-E Fridge Review

Bud-E Fridge Review

Over the past few weeks we've been using the Bud-E Fridge, and it's quickly become our favorite non-traditional smart device ever. While we're not generally in the business of reviewing devices that are made solely for keeping food fresh, in the Bud-E Fridge we've found an appliance that's as entertaining to use as it is helpful. While we've used tiny, dorm-friendly fridges before, this machine takes the art to a whole new level. One with can sensors and blinking lights.

Fallout’s Nuka Cola Quantum is real, thanks to Jones Soda

Fallout’s Nuka Cola Quantum is real, thanks to Jones Soda

Earlier this month we brought you the news that Bethesda had teamed up with a European brewery to bring us the very first Fallout Beer. While the tie-in was nice to see, it was honestly a disappointment. The in-game beer played no significant role in the game, and thus just doesn't get me excited. However, they've just announced a new Fallout drink, and it's exactly what you want.

Outer Space Vodka has been filtered through meteorites

Outer Space Vodka has been filtered through meteorites

Forget whiskey made in space. A new adult beverage called "Outer Space Vodka" is vodka that has been filtered through actual meteorites (five times) and then bottled in a glass alien head. The vodka itself hails from Iowa, and is made from good ol’ Iowan corn, according to its maker. It’s not the vodka’s source that is the notable point, though, it’s the meteorites through which it has been filtered.
