Verizon's Samsung Galaxy Tab tipped for unveil on Thursday

After the Samsung Galaxy Tab showed up earlier this week with AT&T branding, it began to look more and more likely that the WSJ's tipsters – who suggested AT&T, Verizon and Sprint versions of the 7-inch Froyo slate were incoming – were correct.  Now, an internal training document from Verizon has leaked to BGR, seemingly confirming that their version of the Galaxy Tab is also "coming soon".

In fact, the document suggests that Verizon will be officially throwing their hat into the Galaxy Tab ring this Thursday, announcing that the slate is headed to the network.  That will be followed up by more specific availability and pricing news "over the coming weeks".

The Galaxy Tab has a 7-inch 1024 x 600 capacitive touchscreen, 3-megapixel camera (and front-facing VGA webcam), WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth and – with Samsung's optional dock – HDMI connectivity.  While the company demonstrated a WCDMA version back at IFA 2010, Verizon's model will undoubtedly have EVDO Rev.A.
