It's nearly time for the September 2021 Community Day in Pokemon GO for the Pokemon called Oshawott. This event will feature one massive number of Oshawott for the 6 hours it'll take place, and it'll have increased likelihood of a SHINY Oshawott. This is good news, as this hasn't always been the case in recent events. During the event (plus 2 hours afterward) all Oshawott-family Pokemon that evolve into Samurott will learn an Exclusive Move Hydro Cannon.

I've played Pokemon GO since before public launch. Since Google's original Google Maps April Fool's Joke that eventually turned into Pokemon GO, I've felt the draw of an augmented reality in which Pokemon exist. Now, courtesy of a couple of long-time Pokemon GO gamers on The Silph Road on Reddit, I've come to realize that the Pokemon aren't the most important part of the equation. The most important bit here is the potential Niantic has in taking this franchise into the metaverse.

Pokemon GO Fashion Week delivers multiple Furfrou, costumes, and new Shiny debut

Furfrou will appear in Pokemon GO starting on September 21 along with a new "Form Change" mechanic. This new mechanic in the game will allow certian Pokemon to change their form with a requisite number of candy pieces and stardust. Furfrou will cost 25 candy and a whopping 10k dust to change its form - in this case, changing its Trim to one of 8 different iterations!
