Lenovo ThinkPad T410s, T510 and W510 sales yanked

Chris Davies - Jan 15, 2010

Lenovo’s ThinkPad T410s, T510 and W510 notebooks may not have had the eye-catching appeal of the company’s Skylight smartbook or IdeaPad U1 Hybrid at CES 2010 last week, but we’d wager sales for them would be far higher than the more unusual models.  Unfortunately Lenovo have seemingly yanked the T410s, T510 and W510 from their US site, where they’d previously been on sale since CES 2010.

No explanation has been given for the removal, but supply chain delays have been suggested as one potential reason.  Alternatively, it could be to rework the specification – several mistakes had apparently been noted in the notebooks’ descriptions while they were available online.  We’ll keep an eye on the site and let you know when they return.
