Apple event March 24th tipped: new iMac, Mac mini & Pro

According to the latest rumors, Apple is planning an event on March 24th which will see the company announce the latest iMac, Mac Pro and Mac mini product ranges.  Although Apple has not publicly acknowledged the date, nor invited any press, two sites are reporting leaked information that apparently confirms at least new iMac announcements.

Although the iMac is considered most likely to take center-stage at the event, the Mac Pro and the Mac mini are also long-overdue a refresh.  World of Apple tips the iMac as a definite inclusion, while the other products are speculated to be changed; however My Apple Guide goes significantly further, claiming "Apple is said to be announcing a new Mac mini, iMacs with the new NVIDIA chipset, Mac Pros with Xeon processors along with a pleasant 'surprise'."

Among the expected changes are new NVIDIA graphics for the iMac range, bringing the desktops into line with the graphics capabilities offered by the MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops, together with a significant rework of the Mac mini compact desktop.  Recently, video purporting to show the updated mini was leaked.
