Pokemon GO Gen 3 releases: Groudon and full list!

The newest Pokemon in Pokemon GO is Groudon – and along with it, a few more Gen 3 Pokemon to partner up with. That includes "dozens" of new POkemon from the Hoenn region. In the mix are the first three starter Pokemon and their evolved forms. That means Mudkip, Torchic, and Treecko are now in the mix!

This is the next phase in the Pokemon GO saga, moving on with a few more monsters from the third generation of pocket monster fun. The update this week does not mean there won't be a big event at the end of the month. Our tips remain just as ready to roll as they did earlier this week! The Pokemon that'll be coming to the game soon are listed below. These Pokemon are either already in the game right this minute or will be later this week. Some are set to be in the game as their lowest evolutionary iteration, while others will appear in all forms immediately – depending on rarity, of course!
