Hand-crafted Steampunk Eyewear

Egads, there are some talented people out there!  If you’ve been looking for the ideal eye-wear for when you’re battering away at your Steampunk keyboard then deviantART member Y4G3R has come up with just the pair.  With expanding, spring-cushioned bridge as well as interlinked temple-arms and ear hoops that fold in as you close the main arms, together with a baffling degree of craftsmanship, they’re truly a work of ocular art.

Materials include brass, bronze, stainless steel, copper, plastic lenses, plastic, springs, screws, nuts and nickel silver, and according to the maker were a painful and finicky build!  Sadly that means he won’t be taking orders, so you’ll have to craft some yourself out of Meccano.
