Galaxy Note 7 release day details: photos and specs we expect

Today is the last day before the final reveal of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, a device we've been investigating for weeks (and even months). This is the bigger relative of the Samsung Galaxy S7, this time coming with the Galaxy Note's own S Pen, a high-powered stylus with the ability to reside within the phone itself. This is the 6th Galaxy Note to be released, but it'll be called 7 so said numbers can align with the Galaxy S line. Strange, isn't it?

The details you see below are based on anonymous sources, renderings, and what appear to be real photographs revealed over the past several months. These all add up to what we believe is a very reasonable set of expectations for the Galaxy Note 7, a device that we're very excited to get our hands on.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 64GB edition cost $792 USD off-contract with Verizon at launch.

Above you'll see a set of photos and renderings which show the Galaxy Note 7 – or what we're fairly sure is the Galaxy Note 7.
