Dell Streak O2 debut on June 4th

O2 UK have announced the launch date for the Dell Streak, the 5-inch Android MID which made its official debut yesterday.  According to an update to the O2 overview page, the Streak will land on June 4th 2010.

The Streak has a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3G HSPA, WiFi and Bluetooth, along with GPS and a 5-megapixel autofocus camera.  There's also a front-facing camera for video calls.  Although it will run Android 1.6 at launch, Dell are planning to push out an Android 2.2 Froyo update later in 2010.

O2 are yet to confirm pricing and tariffs for the Streak, but we're guessing this might not be a free-on-contract device, sadly.  For more on the Streak, check out our hands-on report.
