Meanwhile, military variants are in another league entirely, likely due to all the extra gear they pack. For instance, a deal inked in January 2025 saw Ireland pay $94.6 million for four H145M models. That pushes the per-unit cost over $23 million, and of course, the sticker price is just the start. One analysis suggests an annual operating budget can top $1.2 million for 300 flight hours, which works out to about $4,005 per hour.
