Victor JVC super-skinny surround sound system announced

Victor JVC in Japan have pushed out a new home theater speaker system, and unlike most such such setups it doesn't look like it will intrude too significantly on your living room.  The Victor JVC AX-FT1/FT2 amplifier and SP-FT1/FT2 speakers are 31mm and 30.8mm deep, respectively, but the amp still manages to output four channels of 20W apiece.

There's Dolby Digital DTS and AAC support, and a total of three optical digital inputs and a single analog input.  The amp has an output for a powered subwoofer, and comes with a color-matching remote control.

Both the speakers and amp are available in black or white (FT1 being the black version, FT2 the white); while ideal for wall-mounting, Victor JVC also throw in some speaker stands.  The black FT1 speakers and amp will be available from late October, priced at the equivalent of $220 and $260 respectively, while the white FT2 speakers and amp will follow in late November for the same amounts.
