Treo 680 Gets Competition: I-Mate JAQ3

Everywhere you turn these days there seems to be a smartphone waiting to ambush you, leaping out from the shadows and shaking its QWERTY keyboard, cajoling you with promises of push-email and good times.  Choice is a Good Thing, of course, but the downside is that it can get confusing trying to decide which is worth giving up a year or maybe two of your contract-life for.  As far as I can tell, this new i-mate JAQ3 is aimed at potential Treo 680 buyers; like the Palm phone, it lacks 3G connectivity, but unlike it offers Windows Mobile.
