Toshiba NB105 netbook caught on video

Toshiba’s NB105 netbook – which the company has told us is intended for Latin America only – has made the obligatory appearance on YouTube.  Apparently filmed by a Romanian user, it demonstrates not only a brief port overview but shows the full start-up to the Windows XP desktop.

That takes a little over a full minute, which is reasonable for an Atom-based machine.  The demonstration also goes through BIOS, and shows Toshiba’s ConfigFree network access wizard.

The battery is also confirmed as a 4-cell 4000mAh pack, though there’s no suggestion of how long it will last.  According to our contact at Toshiba, the company currently has no plans to bring the NB105 to the US; if we hear any different, we’ll let you know.
