Sony launched NWZ-X1000 series PMP - features AMOLED Screen
Sony made it official and launched its first OLED Walkman. The NWZ-X1000 sports 3-inch AMOLED color display with WQVGA resolution (432x240 pixel) capable of displaying 262,144 colors. Two models on this series will be available on April this year in Japan. The X1050 will have 16GB of storage space – priced at 40,000 Yen, and X1060 comes with 32GB of storage with price tag of 50,000 Yen. I would not call it an iPod killer, but it has the potential to take some market share once Sony launch it worldwide.
