Sony Ericsson's Anzu has apparently grown up and become the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc, according to the latest leaks, with the super-slim Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone expected to make its official debut at CES 2011 this week. According to Gagadget, the XPERIA Arc measures 125 x 63 x 9 mm – and 8.7 mm at its thinnest point – and has a 4.2-inch 854 x 480 multitouch display with mineral glass.Video after the cut

There's also an 8-megapixel camera with Sony's EXMOR upscaling technology, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, microSD card – with a 16GB card pre-loaded – and an HDMI port. There's also a 1,500 mAh battery.

Sales are expected to kick off later this quarter, with pricing in line with that of the XPERIA X10 when it first launched. Sony Ericsson is expected to announce the XPERIA Arc officially later on today.
