PlayStation 4

With TowerFall Ascension you're going to be rolling with archery combat. Side-scrolling, shots, loot, and both single and multi-player gameplay await your button press. Strider brings the heat with another side-scroller – this time with a much more intense approach toward killing the bad guy. Making certain you're prepared to be a stealth flipping beast of death is essential.

PlayStation 3

A classic title for PlayStation 3 comes in Dead Space 3, full of zombies out in the darkness and plenty of heavy-duty laser pistols with which to destroy them. You'll be playing single-player as the lead fellow Isaac Clarke or with a friend – don't get eaten.

Vessel is a liquid simulation game with plenty of physics, anti-physics, and everything in-between. It's a puzzler, that's for certain.

PS Vita

If there's a must-play game on this list, it's Muramasa Rebirth. With more colors than your eyes will know what to do with, you're dishing out some mixed-morals pain in an action RPG full of deamons, samurai, and dragons aplenty. Doki-Doki Universe is the most laid-back of all the titles, fully puzzle and kid-friendly for all.
