OnePlus 3T lands in Europe starting at £399

The OnePlus 3T smartphone has gone on sale in Europe as of November 27. The smartphone sells for £399 or 439 €. One of the big features of the device is its Dash charge tech that allows the user to charge the device for 30 minutes and end up with enough juice to make it for a full day of use. Buyers can opt for gunmetal or soft gold colors.

The OneTouch 3T measures 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35mm and weighs in at 158g. The chassis is anodized aluminum and the OS is OxygenOS based on Android Marshmallow. The processor running the show is a Snapdragon 821 quad core paired with an Adreno 530 GPU. OnePlus pairs 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage with that Snapdragon CPU. The Soft Gold version of the smartphone only comes in 64GB flavor.

The smartphone has a full suite of sensors including a fingerprint sensor, hall sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and electronic compass. Charging is via a USB-C port and the smartphone has a dual nano-SIM slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. Power is a 3400 mAh internal battery that is non-removable.

The screen is a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED full HD unit with 401ppi and Gorilla Glass 4 over the top. The rear camera is a 16MP unit with Sony IMX 298 sensor capable of 4k video at 30fps. The front camera is a 16MP Samsung 3P8SP sensor with full HD video capability and auto selfie mode using Smile Capture.

There are models for all major markets including the Europe/Asia model, North American model,and a Chinese model, all support 4G connectivity. Recently we saw the OnePlus 3T unboxed inside a fighter jet.
