Moto E4 Plus renders leak with details of 5000mAh battery

This appears to be the week for Motorola leaks. Just days after new shots of the Moto Z2 Force turned up, we're getting a better look at the upcoming Moto E4 Plus, including clear shots of the front and back of the non-flagship device. While obviously a thicker smartphone than we're used to seeing these days, it's likely this is due to a huge 5000 mAh battery sitting inside.

Other details we can tell from these new renders, which were acquired by Android Authority, include a nice flat backside, with no sign of a bump for the camera module. There's also a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top, a microUSB port for charging on the bottom, and what appears a small groove on the bottom edge, indicating the back plate can customized with Moto Maker or replaced after purchase.

On the front side there's the 5.2-inch display with 2.5D glass, a LED flash paired with the front-facing camera, and a physical home button. It's not clear yet if this button also serves as a fingerprint scanner, something that's usually left off the lower end Moto E line of phones, but maybe Lenovo will change that with the E4 Plus' upcoming release.

Unfortunately there's still no word on pricing or what markets the E4 Plus will be available in, but it looks to be another quality, low-end smartphone that can offer several days of usage between charges.
