Last Gadget Standing needs the People’s Vote

The problem with “Best Product” run-downs – as the iPhone 3GS/DROID arguments proved – is that just a few people are left to decide what are the stand-out devices of the moment.  If you’d prefer to make your own voice heard, head over to Last Gadget Standing where they’re taking votes for the top tech right now.

Over the past few months some well-known names in consumer electronics news – SlashGear included – have been making suggestions for potential winners, and now it’s up to you to place the final votes.  Devices like the Motorola DROID and the Boxee Box are in the running, together with more left-field choices like the Entourage eDGe.

The same team behind LGS are also running the Mobile Apps Showdown, looking for the best in smartphone and cellphone applications.  Titles like Gravity, ShopSavvy and SlingPlayer Mobile are all up for nomination, and your vote could make the difference.  Winners for both competitions will be announced at CES 2010 in Las Vegas next month, so head over and get voting!
