Recently we’ve heard speculation over iTunes 11 bringing iOS 6 support and tighter iCloud integration, but today Apple has just released the new iTunes 10.6.3 — bringing with it full support for the just announced and released (for developers) iOS 6. It’s available for download right this minute from the link below.
iTunes 11 will probably be here in time for iOS 6 when it launches in full this fall, but for now 10.6.3 will do just fine. Apple has updated it this afternoon basically with full iOS 6 compatibility now that developer preview builds are available to download. Get the new iTunes right now and from there developers will be able to upgrade their devices to the new iOS 6 beta.
While iOS 6 isn’t available for everyone, the new iTunes is. From our first initial look we don’t seem to notice anything new, but I’m sure there’s a few changes inside here somewhere. Most likely they’ve only added support for the new OS and will be adding more features into later updates like iTunes 11. If you spot anything new feel free to drop us a comment.
