iPhone XR release: How to preorder

Today the iPhone XR goes on sale around the world, and we've got the details you'll need to get specific in your region and on your carrier. We're focusing on the United States here, mainly – but most details can be extrapolated to your given country and time. It all begins on October 19th at 12:01 AM Pacific Time – this morning.

Ordering through Apple means you'll have the 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB editions to choose from in ALL the colors. Delivery is October 26th regardless of model (so far) and all three versions seem to be available to all users (again, for now). The 64GB edition costs $37.41/mo or $749.00, 128GB edition is $39.50/mo or $799.00, and the 256GB version is $43.66/mo or $899.00.

Verizon-specific pricing is very similar, at 64GB for $31.24 per month for 24 months, 128GB for $33.33 per month for 24 months, or 256GB for $37.49 per month for 24 months.

AT&T-specific pricing is different depending on if you're using AT&T Next. If you're NOT using AT&T Next, pricing is: 64GB for $25 per month for 30 months, 128GB for $26.63 per month for 30 months, or 256GB for $29.97 per month for 30 months. AT&T Next pricing is as follows: 64GB for $31.21 per month for 24 months, 128GB for $33.30 per month for 24 months, or 256GB for $37.46 per month for 24 months.

T-Mobile USA-specific pricing is very similar to the rest: 64GB for $749.99, 128GB for $799.99, and 256GB for $899.99. T-Mobile USA's monthly pricing is dependent on if the user wants to pay for 24 months or 36 months, and is $0 down for the 64GB model either way. 24-month pricing for the 128GB version is $79.99 down and $30 monthly, while 36-month pricing is $49.99 down and $20.84 monthly. The 256GB version has 24-month pricing at $179.99 down and $30 monthly and 36-month pricing at $149.99 down and $20.84 monthly.

Sprint-specific pricing is as follows: 64GB for $31.25 per month, 128GB for $31.25 per month with $50 downpayment, or 256GB for $31.25 per month with $150 downpayment. Those prices are for customers with so-called "good credit." Sprint also has a "building credit" (aka not-so-great credit) tier that runs like this: 64GB for $21.53 per month with $175 downpayment, 128GB for $22.92 per month with $200 downpayment, 256GB for $27.09 per month with $225 downpayment.
