HTC One ME9 specs leak ahead of official announcement

If you are a big fan of HTC smartphones and are on the lookout for a new device some details on an unannounced HTC smartphone have leaked. The device is said to be the HTC One ME9 (Hima_Ace). Specifications and a single rendering of the smartphone have hit the web and show a device with a typical HTC look to it.

Specifications reportedly include a MediaTek MT6795 2.2GHz eight core 64-bit processor under the hood mated with 3GB of RAM. Internal storage for the smartphone is 32GB and the display is a 5.2-inch WQHD unit.

The rear camera has 20MP resolution and is a Toshiba T4KA7 unit with the front camera being a 4MP UltraPixel Selfie Camera. HTC is also tipped to fit the smartphone with BoomSound with Dolby, Bluetooth 4.1, and a Fingerprint scanner.

The OS is Android 5.0 with HTC Sense 7.0 over the top. Storage expansion is via a microSD card slot supporting up to 128GB of storage. The smartphone has a metal frame with a polycarbonate back cover. Power comes from a 2900 mAh Li-ion battery and the smartphone is tipped to launch in July.
