Google Stadia launch games list of 12 revealed

On launch day for Google Stadia game streaming service, a set of 12 games will be available, right out the gate. The Stadia subscription for Founders Edition buyers shall include games such as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which as definitely the first game with which Google first introduced this platform all the way back in October of 2018, just over a year ago.

The games that’ll be “available” in Google Stadia right out the gate includes each of the following. Note that there’ll be an additional 14 titles “through the rest of the year.” That means inside the year 2019, so they’ve got up until December 31, 2019, to deliver the rest – BUT, Google suggests “dates subject to change” for any titles other than these.

Google Stadia Launch Games

• Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
• Destiny 2: The Collection
• Just Dance 2020
• Kine
• Mortal Kombat 11
• Red Dead Redemption 2
• Rise of the Tomb Raider
• Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
• Thumper
• Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition

And yes, that is how SAMURAI SHODOWN is written, multiple times. And that’s how it’s spelled, too! It’s a crazy title, and a crazy game, and we very much look forward to streaming said game for many hours through the rest of the year. The rest of the titles are included in Google’s list for likely titles that’ll be released to Google Stadia by the end of the year.

Google Stadia Later 2019 Titles (not at launch)

• Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle
• Borderlands 3
• Darksiders Genesis
• Farming Simulator 19
• Football Manager 2020
• Ghost Recon Breakpoint
• Metro Exodus
• NBA 2K20
• RAGE 2
• Trials Rising
• Wolfenstein: Youngblood

We shall see! According to Google on The Keyword today, they’ll have a few other games very soon, too. It’s sorta implicated – because of the rest of the titles in the news release – that they’ll be released after the end of 2019. Included are Doom: Eternal, WatchDogs: Legion, Gods & Monsters, and Cyberpunk 2077.
