Anyone in the market for an attractive and reasonably priced smartphone that they can purchase outright with no contract at a modest price might want to give the Blu Studio Touch a look. The smartphone supports 4G LTE networks and is an unlocked GSM device supporting 4G LTE, (2/4/7/12/17), 4G HSPA+ (850/1700/1900/2100)GSM Quad band.

That means that the smartphone will work on networks with AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Straight Talk, Pure Talk USA, and other pre-paid networks. The smartphone is offered in black or gold colors and sells for $115.06 with free shipping for Amazon Prime members. Dual SIM cards allow support for two different phone numbers.

The OS out of the box is Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The display is a 5-inch HD IPS unit that has an integrated fingerprint scanner. That fingerprint scanner allows the user to secure images, videos, and music with a touch. The main camera is an 8MP unit with auto focus and the front camera is a 5MP unit with flash for selfies. The processor under the hood is a MediaTek 6735P 64-bit, 1GHz quad core unit with 8GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM.

That internal storage can be upgraded via microSD cards up to 64GB. Dimensions of the phone are 5.6" x 0.3" x 2.8" and it uses a lithium-ion battery of unspecified capacity. Since the smartphone just launched, there are no Amazon reviews on the device just yet, so you'll be taking a bit of a risk. This might be the perfect phone to replace a smartphone still under contract, yet out of warranty, that is damaged without breaking the bank. It might also be the perfect device for a first smartphone for a child or for someone that just wants a modestly priced device that looks good for a pre-paid network.
