Thinking of buying a Mac Pro desktop? Put your purse back in your pocket, sailor, because there might be changes afoot in the not-too-distant future. Apple's UK online store jumped the gun and advertised a customisable 8-Core Mac Pro, quickly removing it but not before a whole lot of people said "aha! we knew it!"

Pocket-lint spoke to an Apple rep who would only say that "we have not released anything at this moment in time," leading them to assume that the long-awaited super-tower will arrive in the next few days.
The Mac Pro would likely feature two of Intel's Quad-Core processors.
