2019 Audi RS5 Pricing And Packages Revealed
Today we've learned the starting price of the 2019 Audi RS5 as well as pricing for a number of optional packages. The 2019 Audi RS5 will have both a Dynamic Package and a Dynamic Plus Package with alternate colors and variable top speed. There'll be a Black optic package as well as RS Drivers Assistance available, as well as a Navigation Package and a number of other upgrade packages.
The starting base price of the 2019 Audi RS5 was revealed today at $69,900 USD. "There will be several option packages to suite the needs of any performance enthusiasts tastes," reports our own Mike Juergens, on-site with Audi this week. "The car will go on sale early this Spring."
Included with the Dynamic Plus Package are Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Carbon Fiber Engine Cover, Direct Tire Pressure Monitor and an increased top speed to 174 MPH from 155 MPH. The Dynamic Plus Package will cost an extra $6,000 USD. The Dynamic Package (without the plus) will cost $3,550 and includes Sport Exhaust with black tips, Dynamic Ride Control, Red brake calipers.
The Black Optic Package rings in at $1,500 and includes Black Exterior Trim, Exterior mirror housings in body color. Users can add on 20-inch milled wheels to the Black Optic Package for $2,500. We'll have images of all of these different combinations sooner than later – just you wait.
There'll be an RS Drivers Assistance Package that'll cost $3,300 USD. This RS Drivers Assistance Package includes adaptive cruise control with Traffic Jam Assist, Audi active lane assist, High Beam Assistant, Traffic Sign Recognition, Top View Camera, and HUD.
There'll be a Navigation Package available for $2,600. That includes Audi connect PRIME & PLUS, Audi virtual cockpit, MMI Navigation plus with MMI touch, and an 8.3-inch MMI center screen. Adding a Fine Nappa Leather Interior will cost $1,500. The "Fine Nappa Leather Interior" package includes honeycomb stitching and Fine Nappa Leather on the door and center console. This package also includes upgraded LED interior lighting.
A Dynamic Steering package will be available at $1,150 – details incoming on that bit. Finally, a Bang and Olufsen Sound System with 3D sound will cost the user a cool $950 USD. Stick around for more information on this dynamic vehicle as we get it.
