Viliv N5 priced: $649 from July 19th

Importer Dynamism has announced pricing and availability for the Viliv N5 MID, which will begin shipping in the US from July 19th 2010.  The compact clamshell – which has a 4.8-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen, Intel Atom 1.3GHz Z520 processor and 32GB SSD – will be available in two configurations, differentiated by integrated 3G.

The non-3G N5 will be priced at $649 and have 1GB of RAM, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, GPS and a 1.3-megapixel webcam.  There's also a single USB 2.0 port, a microSD card slot, headphone socket and integrated microphone and speakers.  Viliv reckon the standard battery is good for up to 6hrs use or 150hrs standby, and early reviews have already confirmed the specs are good enough to handle even HD video.

As for the 3G version, which has a quadband 850/900/1900/2100MHz Huawei EM770W internal 3G card, that will be priced at $799 with the same specifications.  Preorders – placed between July 6th and July 15th – will get a spare battery thrown in free as well.
