Verizon selling Venture Mini hands-free calling/FM Transmitter

Could this be the first completely wireless FM transmitter ever? I think it could be, it used the A2DP Bluetooth profile to transfer music from, well, from wherever its coming from, but presumably your mobile phone.

Then when a call comes in from your mobile phone, which is also connected to the unit regardless of whether it's the source of the music or not, this thing mutes or pauses the music and acts as a hands-free calling unit with its built in microphone and using your stereo as the speaker. I assume that if your phone supports it, you could probably do a hands free dial by simply touching the proper button on this unit.

It plugs directly into your car's power adapter and has call end/receive buttons, pause/play, and music and cell phone buttons as well as what looks like a scroll wheel to control what frequency its broadcasting one. If you want one, they are pricey at $129.99 at your local Verizon store.
