If you're excited about the Rock Band announcement, but can't contain your inner musician until Christmas, you might want to think about getting yourself a USB roll up drum set to tide you over.

It is basically a mat with 6 different spots to hit that will produce a variety of sounds. The unit plugs in via USB (obviously) and has software to help you practice and record your own music.
