Titanfall To Get Season Pass After All And Features Will Be Added Via Free Updates

There are gamers all around the world waiting in anticipation for Titanfall to land. The game will be here before you know it and new details keep coming hinting at what gamers can expect. Back in late February, we heard that Titanfall wouldn't have a season pass.

That might have upset some people looking forward to the game. However, that information wasn't correct and Respawn co-founder Vince Zampella has recently stated that the game will in fact get a season pass.

Zampella also said that the game would see a mix of paid DLC and free updates offered to gamers. He says that there were things that they wanted to get into the game that won't ship with the final product. Those things include the ability to add private matches and others.

Those features will be added as free updates in the future. He also mentioned something that might irk some people looking forward to the game looking for a nice single player mission. Zampella said that the single player campaign is meant to be short and puts players into the action from both sides of the conflict. He said that it's meant to last a couple hours on each side and then players move into multiplayer. I'm a fan of longer single player missions along with multiplayer personally.
