Sony launching its new compact HD Camcorder

Sony has launched a new HD camcorder. It's small, light and fits the palm of a woman's hand. Sony claims that they made it to be that small and tiny because most HD camcorders out there are too big and bulky. Sony's HDR-HC3E weighs just over a pound. This is the tiniest HD camcorder in Sony's lineup. Suprisingly, it manages to sport an impressive 1080i HD video capture, it has a 2-megapixel CCD for taking still images. The lens features a 10x optical zoom. This camera is expected of a price of $1700.
