Six more LCD-HDTV from Sony Bravia V and J Series

If the F series didn't get your approval, there are two more Bravia series on its way. Unlike F series, the new J series is an entry level 1366x768 resolution HDTV while the V series is a full scale 1080P mid-end model.

The J series would be a nice candidate for kitchen or coffee table size display. It doesn't have the extra elements or sizes for a full feature HD and movie experiences but good enough for budget user. It comes with Bravia basic features like HDMI inputs, viewing angle of 178 degrees and contrast ratio of 1,200, 2000 and 2500:1 for three different models. Prices and sizes availability is around March in Japan, with 20-inch, 26-inch and 32-inch selling for 110,000 yen- 170,000 ($1018-$1574)

The V series is a full feature Bravia 1080/24p HD display with contrast ratio of 3000:1, 120Hz motion flow, dual remote using 2.4 GHz band wireless control, support EPG with compatible hardware , 178 degree viewing angle , wide ranges of inputs source include 2 HDMI, Ethernet and dynamic noise control with new Bravia engine II. Network video streaming is also compatible with DLNA devices connected on the same network. The new V series will go on sale in Japan around March with of the price of 260,000 Yen ($ 2408), 370,000 Yen ($ 3427) and 460,000 Yen ($ 4257) respectively.
