Silicon Power debuts tiny microSD card reader

If you have a smartphone that uses a microSD card for playing and storing media like video and music, you might be looking for an easy way to get content to and from that device without having to hook the phone to your computer with a sync cable. Silicon Power has unveiled a cool little microSD card reader that is about as good looking as card readers get.

The simple little device is small and mostly white with a little blue trim. The tiny little reader is just large enough to slip the microSD card into the front and weighs only 3g. The car reader comes packaged with a 16GB microSDHC card to expand the storage space on your device.

The microSDHC card that is included with the reader will work on any device supporting microSDHC cards from cameras to computers and MP3 players. The card reader measures 35.6mm L x 16.6mm W x 7.6mm H. It supports all major operating systems. Pricing and availability is unknown at this time.
