Samsung NX10 digital camera gets official

You might recall from mid-December that some pics of the Samsung NX10 were leaked ahead of the cameras official launch. Today Samsung has officially unveiled the NX10 camera and the cam will be on display at CES 2010 along with a hoard of other gadgets.

The camera will come in black or silver colors and has a 14.6MP APS-C CMOS sensor and the interchangeable lenses are mirrorless making the camera something between a point-and-shoot and a DSLR. The camera has a 3-inch AMOLED screen on the back and can record HD video using the H-264 codec.

The viewfinder is electronic and movie resolution is 720p. The camera measures 4.8″ x 3.4″ x 1.6″ excluding the projecting parts of the camera and it weighs 0.78 pounds without the battery and memory card. The ISO range is 100-3200 and it features lens shift optical image stabilization. The camera is set for a spring release at an undisclosed price.
