Pizza Box Oven cooks frozen pizza perfectly

Cooking pizza is one of those things that we can all get behind. No matter how rich or poor you are, pizza is an everyman food. A new pizza oven has turned up that will cook your pizza at home perfectly brown and crisp. The little oven is called the Pizza Box and as you might guess, it looks like a box you would get your pizza out of from a delivery place.

The key difference here is that the Pizza Box oven is made out of metal and has a 1200W heating element inside. The oven is made by a company called CuiZen and it sells for about $60. That's a bit expensive for a device that only cooks one thing.

It is capable of reaching temperatures of 525F; I've never seen a pizza that needs temperatures that high to cook. It has a timer on the front to help you not burn the pizza to a black crisp. While cooking the grey area the pizza is placed on rotates to help prevent overcooking on certain areas.

I guess this could also be used to reheat leftover pizza you place in the fridge. I'm not sure I would want to do that, I sort of like cold pizza. It's also hard to justify this when you can go down to Little Caesars and get a fresh hot pizza for $5, that's cheaper than most frozen pizzas from the grocery store.
