Origin Access is now available in Europe

When you live in places outside of the US, you're probably used to seeing something really cool get announced, only to find that it isn't available in your country. Such was the case when EA announced their new Origin Access program. Well, those in Europe who were upset at the lack of availability of the service in their region will be happy at EA's latest announcement.

If you're not familiar, Origin Access is the PC version of the Xbox One's EA Access. Both services are pretty much identical, except one is specifically for PC gamers, while the other is for the Xbox One. For a flat monthly fee, you get access to the 15 games currently in The Vault, which include Battlefield 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The service is rolling out across Europe for a price of €4 per month. Unlike the Xbox One version of the program, there is currently no yearly subscription price. Hopefully that will change in the future.

If you're curious which titles are currently available through the program, here is the complete list:

  • Battlefield 3
  • Battlefield 4: Digital Deluxe
  • Battlefield Hardline: Digital Deluxe
  • Dragon Age: Origins – Ultimate Edition
  • Dragon Age 2
  • Dragon Age: Inquisition
  • The Sims 3 Starter Pack
  • FIFA 15
  • Need for Speed Rivals: Complete Edition
