Magellan RoadMate 1200

It has a 3.5-inch touchscreen and the top of the line SiRF Star III GPS chipset. There is also a rechargeable battery and maps pre-programmed for the all the US except Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Its thin too, thinner than the Maestro 3200. I have to admit, I didn't know thickness was an issue with GPS units, I mean last I looked TomTom GPS units were one of the top selling units around and they are fat as hell compared to most other navigation units.

Regardless, rumor is, this model was kind of made for release on Black Friday. If that were the case, it would probably do well on that day with an attractive look, a fairly well known brand name and a $230 or less price tag. If you are in a real hurry you can get it now on Amazon for $230, but if I had to guess, it'll probably get cheaper by Black Friday.
