Legend's Galaxy S8 is made with 24k gold and crocodile leather

Legend, the company that dazzles up smartphones with a large dose of luxury, has taken the wraps off its new 24k gold and crocodile leather versions of the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus. Both refined models are being offered in limited quantities; buyers get to choose between the 'exotic leather' edition or a different version featuring 24k gold and diamonds. Customization options are added on top of it all, including the option of adding gemstones and more.

A quick look at Legend's website reveals the type of products it has produced: iPhones and more decked out in diamonds, gold, leather, and more, each in different styles that include things like Celtic symbols and more. With the launch of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus comes the two aforementioned models. Users can choose between 24k gold, rose gold, and platinum for their handset, as well as custom logos, hand engraved words, and gemstone settings.

The 24k gold version features VVS1-grade diamonds alongside gold on the back of the phone. Legend says this is made possible using a 'specially developed' way of plating the metal onto the phone's glass body. Those who want the Samsung logo to stick out can choose an enamel filling and/or a diamond halo.

If you prefer fine leather over precious metals, there's also the 'exotic leather' version of the Galaxy S8, which is available in options that include crocodile, lizard, ostrich, stingray, and shark; buyers get to choose the color, as well. The version shown above features blue-colored crocodile leather with real blue diamonds within the Samsung logo. Those who purchase either model will get a certificate of authenticity.

The metal version of the phone is priced at 2,790 Euros and the leather version at 2,890 Euros.
