Kylo Ren oozes with angst, makes a terrible undercover boss

When your plotting the downfall of all that is good and just in the galaxy, you really don't have the time, or heart, to care for those serving beneath you, right? Trying to prove that he is different from, well, everyone, Kylo Ren takes on the challenge to bond with his underlings and learn what they think of their supreme commander when he's not looking. But in secret, of course, as Kylo Ren disguises as Matt, the radar technician, in the latest episode of "Undercover Boss".

If that sounds like an SNL kit, that's because it indeed is the latest attempt to capitalize on the record breaking blockbuster phenomenon that is Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The skit basically plays off on a trend that has been happening on Twitter since the film hit theaters last month (in some countries, that is). In other words, Emo Kylo Ren is in the (SNL) house.

Sadly, things don't really work out for poor Kylo. When you're oozing not only with the Dark Side of the Force but also with angst and parental hang-ups, it's going to show, no matter what wig you wear or what name you use. Worst. Undercover. Boss. Ever.

Our take away from all of this? Well, Kylo Ren will always be Kylo Ren. And everyone probably loves him for that, despite that unforgivable last act. Good thing we're still going to see more of him, though you'll have to wait for another year for that.

If you haven't seen it yet, now might be a good time to see what the fuss about The Force Awakens is all about. Having raked in $1 billion in just 12 days, making it the fastest to do so. Given the popularity, chances are the film is still in cinemas worldwide, especially in China where The Force Awakens finally premiered last week.
