iPhone X Plus, LCD iPhone dummies show what's coming next

It's one thing to see 3D renders of upcoming smartphones but it's quite a different experience to see them in the flesh, so to speak. Especially when you put them side by side with existing phones. Fortunately, there are a few enterprising individuals, not to mention accessory makers, who are more than capable of producing even just dummy units to fondle and gawk at. Such is the case with the 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus and 6.1-inch LCD "iPhone 9" whose models give us and our hands a hint at what's to come.

Not sure how the upcoming iPhones will feel in your hand? These models, shown in a video @shaimizrachi, via 9to5Mac, can give you a hint by comparing them with what's already in the market or in your hand even. Of course, the weight will be off and you won't appreciate the design that much.

The 6.1-inch iPhone, which is expected to have an LCD screen, is not just taller than the iPhone X, it is also a bit thicker. Curiously, while the phone will have only one camera, the case made by accessory Skech still has a vertical cutout, possibly for the flash and mic.

The 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus, on the other hand, is better compared with the iPhone 7 Plus. The two have nearly the exact same dimensions, which gives you a more accurate idea or feel of how big it will be. Of course, the most important difference is on the side that we can't see, the nearly bezel-less OLED display.

Not shown is the iPhone X 2, or 2nd gen iPhone X, or 2018 iPhone X. That's going to be exactly the same as last year's iPhone X. Unfortunately including its price.
