Hitman Collector's Edition unveiled, pre-order to arrive "soon"

The Hitman Collector's Edition has been unveiled, showing fans what they can expect when the game and bundle arrive in March. The Collector's Edition bundle features items selected based on what gamers voted for, and include — in addition to the game itself — a hardcover book, small statue, a tie and clip set, and special packaging.

The Hitman Collector's Edition will be available on March 11 for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. However, those who want to claim a unit will be able to pre-order "very soon," according to IO Interactive. Those who get the bundle will receive a Hitman digital game download for their console and some other perks.

Those perks include a 10-inch Agent 47 Chessmaster statue on a circular base, a red tie reminiscent of the one worn by Agent 47 and a clip set to match, and a hardcover art book with 60 pages; the latter has been curated by Jonathan Rowe, art director. Finally, the Collector Edition's packaging will be unique to the CE.

The next Hitman game was supposed to be released last month; we found out back in September, however, that it had been delayed until March to give the game's creators more time to add more content and get everything situated. Check out the timeline below for more details!
