Harmonix releases minor patch for Rock Band

Chris Scott Barr - Feb 28, 2008

If you’ve been rocking out to various downloaded tracks in Rock Band, you may have noticed a small glitch when sorting the songs by genre. Apparently there are a few songs that don’t show up in the listing. I generally don’t sort my tracks by genre, so I hadn’t actually noticed. However, Harmonix has been hard at work on a patch, and today they have released it. Hit the jump for a list of corrected tracks.

  • The Police “Can’t Stand Losing You”
  • The Police “Roxanne”
  • The Police “Synchronicity II”
  • “Police Pack 01″
  • The Pretenders “Brass in Pocket”

Apparently the game shared the same love for The Police as I, because it would simply make them disappear in the genre listing. You should be able to download the update today for both the 360 and PS3. They also corrected an issue with the song Limelight, which would still play vocals even when you would manually turn them down.
