2022 Range Rover Gallery

Redesigning an icon can be tricky, but Land Rover had more than 50 years to get the Range Rover recipe right. The 2022 Range Rover builds on that capably, instantly recognizable and yet modern with it. Outside, the hewn-from-stone aesthetic combines flush glass, hidden lighting, and distinctive body lines with a fetching new "boat tail" rear.

Inside, meanwhile, there'll be four, five, and seven seat configurations, working with the standard and long wheelbase configurations. As well as traditional materials like leather, there'll be more modern textiles. The Pivi Pro system will be standard, accessed on a curved center touchscreen with haptic feedback, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an optional 1,600W Meridian audio system.

As for drivetrain, there'll be standard all-wheel drive, air suspension, an active locking rear differential, and all-wheel steering. The latter helps the 2022 Range Rover achieve the smallest turning circle of any Land Rover model. As well as a 4.4L twin-turbo V8, there'll be a hybrid engine option that can drive up to 62 miles in EV-only mode. In 2024, meanwhile, the first purely-electric Range Rover will make its debut.
