Sports SUVs are big business now, and so it was only a matter of time before Porsche got in on the action. The 2020 Cayenne Coupe and the 2020 Cayenne Turbo Coupe take the best-selling Cayenne SUV – which, notably, turned the automaker's fortunes around – and gives it a makeover. The roofline is more rakish, and the windshield more aggressively slanted, for an altogether more dramatic-looking car.

Two engines will be offered. The Cayenne Coupe will get a 3.0-liter V6 with a single turbo, good for 0-60 mph in 5.7 seconds; a sport lightweight package will bring that down to 5.6 seconds. The Cayenne Turbo Coupe, meanwhile, gets a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, which does 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds.

Inside, a rear bench or a pair of individual seats will be no-cost options; they're mounted a little lower than in the regular Cayenne, too, to preserve headroom. Porsche's PASM and Sport Chrono packages are standard-fit. Expect the new SUVs to arrive in dealerships in the US from fall 2019.
