Audi has carved out a solid niche making swoopy four-door coupes, and the 2020 Audi RS7 Sportback delivers on that in spades. Arriving for the 2020 model year, the shapely sedan isn't short on power either, as the "R" prefix would suggest. That's courtesy of a 4.0-liter TFSI turbocharged V8 engine.

It's good for a hefty 600 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque from 2,100 to 4,500 rpm. 0 to 60 mph arrives in in 3.6- seconds, which is 0.3 seconds faster than its predecessor. Top speed is electronically limited to 144 mph (250 kph), but opt for the Dynamic or Dynamic Plus package and that rises to 174 mph (280 kph) or 190 mph (305 kph) respectively. Whatever you pick, the eight-speed Tiptronic transmission with launch control is standard.

Quattro permanent AWD system is included, normally splitting power 40:60 between the front and rear wheels. With a mechanical center differential, though, the AWD can transfer up to 70-percent of torque to the front wheels and up to 85-percent in the back.
