2019 Chevrolet Camaro Gallery

Chevrolet has revealed its revamp of the Camaro for the 2019 model year, but it's not just a new design we're looking at. Certainly, the refreshed front and rear of the coupe and convertible will be what you notice first. That goes doubly-so for the 2019 Camaro SS, the gaping grille of which is likely to be very controversial.

However, under the hood there's a new standard engine. Chevrolet's Turbo 1LE is the entry-level option, with a six-speed transmission as standard. It gets 275 horsepower and 295 lb-ft. of torque from its two liters.

Chevy will offer the 3.6-liter V6 as an option, and the Camaro SS will keep a V8 with 455 horsepower and 455 lb-ft. of torque. The cabin gets new tech, too, with a 7-inch touchscreen as standard and an 8-inch upgrade option; both have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with OnStar 4G LTE and WiFi hotspot support. Rear view camera mirrors are also being offered for the first time.
